When Will My Order Ship? 

Processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout. Orders received before 11:30 AM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Processing does not include weekends, federal holidays, or Christmas/New Year’s Eve.

Any order cancellations must be received before 10:00 AM EST to be accommodated.
