What Is The Return Policy?

At Wahl Canada Inc. we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

Please note that our products are personal hygiene products, and we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery under the following conditions:

General Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.

• All returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred.

• Wahl Canada Inc. accepts returns and processes refunds only on products purchased directly from ca.wahl.com. If you purchased your product from a retail store, marketplace, or any other outlet, please return it to the original place of purchase for a return/refund.

• Customers are responsible for the product until it is received at our warehouse. Refund will only be processed if the returned item arrives in its original condition, as shipped.

Damaged Products:

• If your order arrives damaged, please Contact Us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Manufacturer Defects:

In the case of a manufacturer defect, Wahl Canada Inc. will provide a return label for you to ship the product back to our warehouse. Upon receiving the item, our in-house repairs team will inspect the product. If necessary, we will either repair the product or ship out a new one at no additional cost.

Returns Due to Preference:

In case you change your mind about your purchase, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense. Upon receiving the returned product, our dedicated returns team will inspect it. A full refund will only be issued if:

• The product is unused.

• The original packaging is undamaged.
